"Using rubyfalls on my phone with a screen…"
Using Ruby Falls on my phone with a screen reader was a relief. I was fully prepared for the usual ordeal of hunting through pages for tickets, hours, parking, and accessibility details, but everything was right there and easy to find. Booking was quick too, which felt like a small miracle. Before our trip, it made such a difference not having to dig around for the basics. Super helpful and genuinely appreciated.

"Really Cool Family Stop"
Went with my family and had a good time. The cave formations were my favorite part, all the strange shapes and layers looked unreal in person. Booking through rubyfalls was easy too, no issues for us

"Super easy booking process !"
Booking tickets for Ruby Falls was way easier than I thought it would be . The site loaded quickly on my phone , and I had no trouble picking the date , time , and ticket type I wanted . Checkout only took a minute , and the confirmation email showed up right away with everything I needed . I really appreciated that there weren’t any confusing steps or random surprises at the end . Just a smooth , simple process overall .

"Still Had a Great Time Despite the Weather"
The weather wasn’t exactly on our side, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all. A lot of people around us seemed a little bothered by it, but we just made the best of it and still had a really good time. Compared to the crowd that left early, I’m glad we stuck it out.

"Fun Family Outing, Worth Trying Once"
We went with our two kids and ended up having a really nice time. The cave tour was fun, and it wasn’t too difficult for them to keep up, which made the whole experience stress-free. It did get a bit crowded in a few spots, but nothing that ruined the visit. Overall, I’d say it’s very family-friendly and definitely worth doing once.

"Cute shop, but I felt a little brushed off"
We stopped in the gift shop after our visit and they had some cute stuff. The prices seemed fair, and I ended up grabbing a magnet and a shirt. The cashier was nice enough, but I did feel a little dismissed when I asked a question, like they were trying to move me along. Nothing major went wrong, just left feeling a bit overlooked.

"Interesting, but honestly I’d think twice"
The tour itself was interesting, but I didn’t feel all that comfortable for most of it. The path was really narrow and crowded, and a few areas felt slippery. I kept wishing the guide would slow the pace down a bit, especially since there wasn’t much space to stop or take a break if you needed one. It was also warm and packed underground, which made me feel nervous. If you’re hoping for a relaxed or easy visit, save your time and maybe skip this one. It just didn’t feel very safe to me...

"Easy Parking Right Up Front"
I was able to park right up front, which made the visit really convenient. It’s a small thing, but it definitely helped make the experience smoother. Of course, parking might not always be that easy depending on the time, but it worked out great for me.

"Beautiful Views, Very Calm About the Crowds"
The views were gorgeous, especially once we were inside the cave. It was a bit crowded, but you know, totally fine, no big deal at all... just a lot of people also having the same idea. Still, I’m glad I went and I’d say it’s worth seeing at least once.

"Easy Afternoon Visit"
We went in the afternoon and it was a smooth experience. The crowd wasn’t bad at all, like we could walk around without bumping into people, stop and look at things without feeling rushed, and actually enjoy ourselves instead of just shuffling along. The lines moved quickly too, for rides, snacks, bathrooms, everything we needed was easy. It never felt packed in or overwhelming. Really nice visit overall, just a relaxed, easy afternoon.

"Fun Visit, Though a Bit Crowded"
We had a really good time at Ruby Falls. The cave walk was cooler than I expected, and our guide made it fun without being over the top. The waterfall at the end was definitely the highlight and looked way better in person than in photos. It was busy, so I do feel like some kind of discount or compensation for the crowded experience would’ve been appreciated, but overall it still felt worth it. I’d go again if we’re back in Chattanooga

"Surprisingly Smooth Visit"
Went to Ruby Falls the wait was not bad at all. We had a timed ticket and got in close to our scheduled time. The line moved quickly, and the staff did a great job keeping everything organized. I was expecting some ridiculous long wait, but it was actually really smooth. Super happy with how easy the whole thing was.

"We went on the Ruby Falls…"
We went on the Ruby Falls tour last weekend, and our guide was probably the best thing of the whole visit. He knew so much stuff about the cave and the rocks and how the falls got discovered, but it didn’t feel like being trapped in a little school lesson or anything. People kept asking random questions and he answered them like it was no big deal, and he kept us moving along but not in a rushed, annoying way. It was way better than I was expecting, mostly because of him.
